Been with let’s for 4/5 years the old owner was great good service no hidden charges New owners a ripoff they try to charge you for stuff not agreed I gave them a second chance few years back they come in saying it’s the best system I have and once I resigned the contract started asking for extra fees like I have to change the monitor etc.. charged me for the call out that they didn’t even fix Don’t mind paying but like to be told upfront the fees Avoid them they scam’s

Very unhelpful. Refused to provide any assistance when an alarm wouldn’t stop ringing for hours. Their alarms are supposed to turn off after a few minutes but the alarm sounds went on for three hours in this case. They could have tried contacting the owner but would not even do this. It appears from this case that their alarms can be faulty causing a huge noise nuisance to neighbours for hours causing many complaints and they showed total disregard when concerns were raised. Lots of neighbours complained on the neighbourhood chat group. I am suspicious of the 5 star reviews by people who have only submitted one Google review.
