AVOID this company and buy elsewhere! We bought a 76 LITRE EXTRA LARGE Heavy Duty Flexi Tub from this shower on Amazon. We are both in ill health and do no heavy lifting - this was purely for lightweight garden waste like leaves and cuttings. We bought it when we needed to collect leaves in November and it spent winter in the shed. Got it out again a couple of weeks ago and both sides have split down from the handles so it is certainly not "heavy duty"! We have some from builders merchants that have lasted years but wanted a bigger one for the light bulky garden waste to save trips to the compost heap. Wrote to them through Amazon and they say we must have overloaded it! With leaves and cuttings! They said if it had been damaged on delivery they would have had it back - yes of course they would. But they say as it's 5 months old they will do nothing - even though the Consumer Rights Act 2015 gives you 6 years to go back with faulty goods. It is not as described, not of satisfactory quality and not fit for purpose so ticks all three boxes but they will do nothing. Looking at other reviews of the item many others have had the same issue with the handles so it is not a one-off. Keto Plastics are a company to avoid!

Ordered Wheel BarrowTyre and inner tube, received two days ago, lots of plastic/rubber bits fell out of packaging, tyre has two bulges on side, LOTS of excess plastic /rubber around the hole, won’t fit into the wheel hub far too tight, can also see the material layer under the plastic/rubber. Sent pics of faults to them via email and no reply, I had to ring them only to be told ‘oh yes we found your email’?? Very disappointing and won’t order from here again, now I’ve got to go through the hassle of sending it back for a refund which I won’t get time till next week, shocking.

Keto Plastics should be avoided as they don't send out what was ordered. They advertised a replacement wheelbarrow wheel at 35psi, what they sent was a wheel with a tyre rated to 20psi. When I contacted them I was told that I had the right thing as they had recently changed the product, but no apology. Indeed I was told by a lady named Sophie that I should inflate the wheel to 35psi but the tyre was only rated to 20psi. How dangerous is that, if I followed their instructions and was lucky enough not to be injured when the tyre exploded I very much doubt that they would honour any warranty.
