Nothing but good to say about Toby and his team. I purchased a Webasto diesel heater to replace the 30 year old model that ceased to work on my boat. I got lots of help during the installation, which I did myself, and Toby gave strict instructions to ring him if I got problems, even if it was at a weekend. I can't fault his customer service and I feel like I've made a friend.

They have done a superb job of installing Solar, Lithium, Inverters, 4 lots of air conditioning and a watermaker on my new Lagoon 42 catamaran. Their care and detailed knowledge of the boat has resulted in a fabulous installation that I am really pleased with. Thank you all.

Unbelievable service! We arrived at our boat around 11am on a cold Saturday morning and the heating refused to start. I called the Keto office hoping for some advice and was connected to an engineer who told me that he was working on another boat at that moment but would try to get to us later that afternoon. He arrived about an hour later, diagnosed a failed fuel pump, popped back to their stores for a replacement and less than three hours after my first call to him, I'm sitting in a warm boat typing this! It's hard to see how they could do any better!
