***DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY*** The operatives were rude and careless. They deliberately refused to follow instructions, stacking boxes of records which were clearly labelled 'DO NOT STACK'. They stacked them four high. On removal day, they made a stressful day much much worse - commenting on how much stuff I had; refusing to take framed pictures in the truck; dropping litter on the drive at the new address and criticising the arrangement I had made to keep my cat secure during the move. They took my money from my credit card without sending me a bill, without letting me know the amount and without sending me a receipt. When I complained and asked for compensation for the poor procedures and the careless work, the manager said, "I'm certainly not going to do that!"

Turned up early on the day & Ben was just superb, could not do enough to assist with our move & made what should have been a stressful day run like clockwork! Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. They went above and beyond what they were supposed to do when our move went wrong (nothing to do with them), they did everything they could to help us and showed great compassion for our circumstances. Nothing was too much trouble! I will definitely use them next time I need the service, would have given 10 stars if I could. Faultless.

Excellent service from start to finish! I would be happy to recommend Kestrel. Items were moved into store whilst an extension was built.They've now been returned. All of the office/admin. staff and the removal staff were very efficient and also helpful with information and advice, throughout. It was particularly useful to have a few weeks, after the return of the boxes, to complete the unpacking: boxes were then quickly collected. The monthly payments, to cover storage of items, were managed clearly on-line, so I was easily able to keep track of the billing. I had expected this part of the extension work to be one of the most difficult but Kestrel made it one of the smoothest and least stressful to deal with. Many thanks to all staff.
