I have owned a Kestrel bike stand for decades and finally, after years of solid use, I needed a spare part. Not only did Kestrel have the part in stock, but it was cheap and quickly delivered. In a world of disposable, throw away rubbish, these guys build stuff that lasts and lasts and put great customer service behind the great products they make. I couldn’t think of another company I’d want to buy a stand from, problem is their stands last forever so I’ll likely never need to buy another…
