    I can't say enough good things about the team at Zoom247! They reached out to me via a post on Checkatrade and were nothing but professional, kind and conscientious throughout our dealings. The team ended up not only replacing my boiler but also installing a smart heating system that I'd had my eye on for awhile, including a number of smart radiator valves. Even though they weren't entirely familiar with the system and it was a bit of a struggle getting it set up, the team stuck with me, making sure to keep lines of communication wide open and manage my expectations. They really went above and beyond to get me set up and had a good sense of humour about it throughout.     Don’t trust this business, very unprofessional. I wish I never called this company in the first place! Their communication and competence is awful and I wish I never called them. Danny ( one of the business owners) is completely incompetent, came to fix our boiler as we had problem with hot water, didn’t manage to do it and when he left boiler started leaking, so instead of being not able to use hot water, after his visit we couldn’t use water at all. He gave his word to come back and rectify the issue himself. Next day I had to chase for appointment and his office had no idea about it. After having multiple conversations with his office saying that he is coming and Danny messaging saying that he no longer can come because he has another job. We desperately booked someone else. At the end I was charged £560 for 3 hours of our life and half day on chasing them, plus broken boiler and all the stress with it. Furthermore, at the time of the booking they said that they won’t charge my card without my consent and will send invoice to make a payment when the job is completed. Job was never completed and without my knowledge my card was charged. On the job the guy didn’t seem to know what he is doing and didn’t have right tools, made a lot of mess - water was leaking everywhere. We had to move our washing machine to clean it after etc. When he came back to check on leaking boiler he didn’t even bring the ladder, so he was climbing on the tin shelf above our washing machine. We were terrified he is going to do more damage or hurt himself, no health & safety aspect. After chasing them for entire week, no one from the management even called to discuss this with me, they just simply don’t care. I wish I never called them in the first place! Update on owners comments: First of all, it was clearly communicated to you and your office that this is an emergency visit and if you are not able to act on emergency, don't book the appointment. Secondly, I have explained engineer that we don't have a hot water and what out predictions are (immersion or programmer, we are not specialists hence we were hoping to get one that can complete the job depending on the issue and fix the boiler). On the first day, engineer was very late! appointment was booked for 8-11am, showed up at 3:30pm. Secondly, when he left (didn't fix the boiler) it started leaking at the top cap of the boiler, he came back and was extremely defensive towards aggression, even tho we only asked normal questions, like: Why is it leaking? I wasn't going to blame him for it as longs as he can come back to rectify the situation. I had to came him down and he has sworn to us that he will be back on Thursday morning. On Wednesday morning, I didn't receive email confirmation about his visit following morning and it was a bit concerning because of our previous night experience. I called the office and they said there is no booking for us on Thursday morning and that engineer - Danny has another job at the same time. Office promise to come back and I waited for 2,5h and until we booked someone else. My partner only got involved when the office said we have no booking and he just msg the owner Danny asking what's going on and he that came back with some lies about parts that he is not able to get it.. but in reality his office said that he has another job., so that's just a typical trader with low competence. (apartment is next door to electrical supplies and the part was in stock) On the top of it the parts that Danny installed we had two replace about 3 weeks later... I am pleased this time we have found reliable trader. Why would I even make this up? if someone completed the job up to the standard why would I even post a bad review? I work with many traders in my life time, I have never experienced such a bad customer service, hence I want to share my experience. JUST FYI His google reviews are also made up by his staff - Maria F below works in finance (I have reported this review so they may take it away), just shows how trustworthy they are as business.
