    My first visit to Kesgrave Hall Spa today and I cannot fault it. A really relaxing and beautiful environment which smells amazing. The staff were all lovely and my therapist Erica gave the best full body massage. I also bought some of the lovely Loggique products they sell. I arrived so stressed and left feeling so relaxed. Cannot wait to return.

    We had our wedding here on 12th October and we were simply bowled over by how well the day went. Sarah and her team could not do enough for us. We stayed the night before and used the spa, ate in the restaurant and then our big day arrived and we were so well cared from the minute we arrived to the minute we left. Huge thank you to Sarah and all the hotel staff and to the girls who did our spa treatments- Ella and Rachel. Amazing! Thank you all so much.

    Really disappointed in the phone contact today. I needed to change an appointment and was told to ring back today to organise that. I phoned 3 times in the day , it went straight to recorded message. Two further calls were made and I couldn't hear the receptionist- quality of the call was poor. And finally when I got through at 5.10pm I was told I would have to ring back tomorrow as the phones and spa were closing for the day. The closing time advertised is 6pm
