I run a flooring business. I actively promote the product (which is superb) but have lost out on 2 x deals because the sampling was do delayed (to the point that they didn't even arrive 4 months later despite ordering twice online and once over the phone). I have asked for full samples (books) so that I can show my customers there and then and despite having 3 hedlam accounts and paying over £100k a year on flooring just through hedlam, still cannot help me. Will not be coming back in a hurry. Totally disappointed

Easily the worst company I've dealt with. Had an issue with our expensive floor. The phone operative told me 'only the boss has the manufacturer's email address, and only he is allowed to contact them.' She furthered that she knew nothing about wood and was just 'a girl in an office'. Nothing was remedied, they haven't replied to a single email. Avoid like the plague. Atrocious.
