I took my 10 month old along for a ‘mum a me’ session recently. Although pleasant enough, Kerry didn’t seem physically enthusiastic when I arrived. I found communication prior to the session a little poor. Although I had booked the session a month or so in advance, I had to initiate communication regarding the session, including the night before, as I hadn’t heard anything. This had also happened prior to a previous session. Studio was very warm, with the heating on, on a warm day. However kerry kindly offered to turn the heating off. And I understand if your stripping babies off, it needs to be warm. No wifi/reception to get nursery songs up, to help entertain the baby during the shoot. Bring toys along with you, as there’s nothing toy wise to help entertain babies/children (I know it’s not a nursery, but I typically forgotten ours). I was asked to if wanted to “sort that hair out”… which I thought was a little rude, but hopefully this wasn’t Kerry’s intention. This wasn’t a great shoot for us due to reasons above and dealing with a tired 10 month old, even though I had booked the session at a time when he would have normally had a nap already, but babies are unpredictable. The pictures weren’t the best as a result. But have had previous pictures taken by Kerry when my baby was 6 months old and they were lovely. There were some of the same communication issues prior to the shoot and felt a little rushed during that shoot (40mins), but that may have been as a result of trying to get the best pics before the baby became bored.

Honestly could not recommend Kerry enough. I took my 18 week old for a newborn photoshoot hoping to get some wonderful photographs and I can honestly say these are the best photos I have ever seen!! I am so pleased with them my heart could burst. Kerry was so patient, caring and was so very good with my daughter and is a complete natural with babies. When my daughter was very unsettled Kerry allowed me the time to settle her without making me feel guilty or rushed. She is a true artist and can create such amazing images that will last a lifetime. Such reasonable, affordable prices which is lovely too! I would 100% recommend using Kerry to capture wonderful, precious photographs of your little one. Thank you Kerry x

Kerry is amazing! I went for a newborn shoot in June last year with my premature baby, she fitted us in with short notice. She is calm, friendly and patient. She has captured the most beautiful photos of my baby girl that I’d treasure forever. Highly recommend and I would definitely go back to her for another shoot.
