Terrible service. I bought some hoop earrings that are not fit for purpose. They are impossible to do up when in your ear as so flimsy and misaligned. Went back to the shop and they refused a refund or exchange. Said they knew they were fiddly but basically not their problem - I should spend longer trying, or put them in backwards so could do up at front! I used to love this shop. Not now.

Please note these are low quality beads and the colour will wear off in less than a month. Have just received 9 replacement beads for those used by my daughter to make a bracelet for her mum. I wouldn't waste your time and money and would advise to buy elsewhere.
