We had booked a Bouncy Castle and slide for our sons first big birthday and we were let down by Kerazy Castles as 3 hours before the party started they simply sent me a message saying sorry have to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances! Not even a phone call or any proper explanation nothing at all! So we he had 30+ kids at a party looking forward to this bouncy castle and they were all let down! If you want reliable and a hassle free bouncy castle hire don’t come here

Really cant recommend highly enough! Everyone I dealt with including the delivery people were so friendly and helpful. The bouncy castle was great and it even arrived early (driver called and agreed this but was more than happy to wait until the original time if I needed) brilliant service and wouldn’t hesitate to deal with them again! Hired their 50ft assault course on 2 occasions for a birthday party. Looked exactly like the picture. The team were very punctual, friendly and set up the castle efficiently.
