Had such a terrible experience for the first time with Kerala taste. Have been waiting for my order since Thursday. They informed it was delayed due to holidays. Have been asking for refund since yesterday, it has been delayed till now. They’re saying they processed the refund, but I haven’t got any confirmation email from them. Such a terrible experience and I am really worried as the money is being held for 6 days now without any proper servive and response from their end.

Half of my order was not sent out. What i did receive was very tatty and beaten up. Tried to contact them to ask for a refund for my missing items which were just over £10 but no response. I do not recommend this retailer.

Amazing products from the pickles to the confectioneries like nadhan kodampulli, papaddams, onam sadhya(seasonal), unniappam, puffs, frozen small onions, sambar mix etc. Great customer services as instant answer when contacted in call centre and fast delivery! Three times I have ordered all the package came in time within 2 days! and they package everything amazing! Nothing broken all in bubble wraps and big boxes and safely packed and the food tastes amazing and just like the stuff from kerala, reminds me of my grandma's food and getting it delivered in East Sussex where no access to such things anywhere is amazing!😍👌

Honestly, I'd never recommend this site to anyone, it doesn't deliver properly, they gave the paid items to a nearby shop, they say we couldn't be reached when they arrived. We were at home and no miscalls were received. A land phone was available on the building, so no calls were received on it either.. An organisation with a very irresponsible attitude. Trying to grab as much money as possible

I order groceries from Kerala Taste on a regular basis. This store sold me a onam sadya for two people which was supposed to arrive the day before Onam .The sadya was never brought. The customer service department never responded. I paid £47.00 for the item. This morning, I noticed that several other people had commented on their website about similar experiences. They removed the product from their website and the comments vanished. I guess they are back in the good books and need not discuss refund with customers by doing this. I am posting this in Google with a hope that this comment will not vanish.

Yesterday I received my parcel and out of 16 , 2 items were missing ( one chicken masala by Saras 160g and one coriander powder by double horse 1kg ) .
