An absolute must for therapeutic and holistic massage treatments. Have been attending since 2017 from their previous practice on Stratford Road to their new practice on Yardley Road. Dr Anil and Dr Shini are extremely knowledgeable, professional and caring for your physical, mental and even spiritual well-being. It's so worth having a consultation with them for any muscular pain and getting advice on long term lifestyle changes to improve your quality of life. I had been having back issues for years and did not realise how much I was struggling to simply get out of a chair until I had a few sessions with Dr Anil who showed me the benefit of relieving muscle knots that you didn't know were there! Give yourself a treat and pay them a visit, you will notice the difference very quickly.

I have tried many different massage places around Birmingham and am yet to find one as good as this. They truly care about offering high quality massages tailored to each individuals needs. Dr.Shiny is highly skilled in Ayurveda and has amazing technique; something which makes all the difference when you suffer from chronic pain like myself and are looking to alleviate the pain rather than going to some spa which just looks pretty. I have always left feeling so relaxed and lighter after my treatments and the prices have always remained very reasonable. A must try!

By far the best therapy massage I've experienced. Whether you're already familiar with Ayurveda or new to the practice, this is a place I would recommend. Dr. Anil is a dedicated and professional practitioner who took his time to explain the concept, made me feel comfortable and helped me understand how Ayurveda can make me be better physically and mentally by being truly self-connected and grounded.
