If I could give this 0 stars. I’m 36 weeks pregnant, and my midwife appointment is 15 days late because they don’t have appointments available.. They keep changing my appointments from one gp to another gp .. never with the same midwife. And today because I was 10 min late couldn’t find the gp they didn’t do my appointment. So I’m left without any appointments for a couple of days or weeks more. And no one would take a responsibility if something happens to you .Such a rude staff.

Really bad experience from this GP service.. many times my child was sick and tried to call them to make appointment but I didn’t get the appointments even the GP called once or twice I remember he even didn’t give the appointment to see the child in face to face. He was very sick many times the n beacuse of no appointment we took him to ED service. For me also I tried to book appointment for my health issue they even told me that the GP will contact me after a week, I didn’t see such a worse service like this GP.

Phoned to make a appointment for husband who was having problems breathing, chest full of phlegm, unfortunately he suffers with this due to a condition he has, we know what treatment helps clear it, the receptionist knew better, refused a face to face, told me my husband doesn't suffer with the condition, extremely short with me and rude.moving to chase doctors. as the receptionists there are much more caring and professional.
