Getting through to reception is normally pretty good. Very frustrating when you can’t book a telephone appointment until 3 weeks time. You can never seem to speak to the same Dr twice, which is the worst thing about this surgery. It’s hard to find an attentive Dr who genuinely gives you great help and support. So to find one and then call back for a follow up appointment and they are not there is very frustrating. Especially not good for people struggling with MH.

This is the best gp practice ever. So kind and supportive. The gp always listen to me and made me feel supported. Even the receptionist who usually get a raw deal are fab. They have been our family practice for over 15 years, but now it is time for us to move on. I know that I will struggle to find another gp like this ... thank you so very much to all the staff at Kenyan med.

It is not possible, what kind of medical center is this, when it is an appointment by phone they cancel me, and for face-to-face appointments it is almost impossible, so why are our taxes paid, if there is no good care?

They take too long to answer phone and by now the doctors should be back to seeing patients hiding behind the telephone as a training practice it shows that their doctors are trained to hide from patients
