I visited the KHC, London last week and received what I can describe as professional and friendly service, first from the gentleman who ushered me in (sorry didn't get his name) and from Charles at the reception who received and processed my ID change of particulars application and to Sigei who not only advised that I could apply for renewal of my old passport without having to wait for the ID to come back, but actually helped in my on-the-spot application. And when I struggled to upload documents on the e-citizen portal, a gentleman called Ian was on hand to assist. I was attended by Charles even beyond his lunch hour and at no time did I feel rushed. And when my time was nearly running out to catch my train back they asked a friendly lady in the office to take me to the nearest busstop for the shortest bus route to Kings Cross. Other visitors I interacted with on the day verbalised similar experiences and were highly impressed, like I was, with the quality of serviced offered. I left the office feeling very different from what my expectations were. I want to register my appreciation to the persons I have mentioned but also to the ones working in the background (back office) who must be part of the team. Ahsanteni sana kwa wema wenu!

Very rude staff!!!! I called to enquire if PCR test results is still a requirement on entry to Kenya. All I needed is yes or no answer. To my dismay the lady went on a full blast rant at me and then banged the phone on me.

I was so impressed with the services in Kenya high commission London. I applied for passport renewal in Dubai the Covid happened so I could not go to collect it for two years. When I enquired about having the passport send over to London. I was informed to send a request to Dubai embassy and CC Kenya high commission in London, within two weeks my passport was ready to collect. Saved me a £850 return ticket to Dubai. Not sure who is the big person running the place but keep up the good work. So proud to be Kenyan.

I thought that the Kenya government would change the COVID 19 travel restrictions.most countries in the world have removed COVID 19 travel restrictions and l was scared of traveling to Kenya for fear of being asked to get a COVID test which they do by inserting a stick in your nose .l realised that there are other countries who are not asking for COVID 19 testing and l travelled there and am just waiting for the Kenya government to remove all COVID 19 travel restrictions so that me and many others are able to travel to Kenya again

Greatest service ever!!! I had to apply for an e-passport and also change of particulars. I had to apply online and was very confused and I was almost giving up with the whole process until I spoke to Emmy who patiently explained everything in detail, reassuring me that I was doing well and she never got tired of my endless questions. Emmy is a star!! The biometrics appointment is easy to get and I was in and out in 10 minutes and was served by William who was professional ,jovial and very friendly. These are the things which make me proud to be a Kenyan!! Asanteni sana my fellow Kenyans at the Kenya High Commission
