    Bought a K mix mixer less than a year ago. It broke after 20 months of light use with grinding noise from the gearbox and a loose head stock. After alot of calls and time spent on hold the machine was collected to be repaired. After alot more time on hold it was finally returned to us in exactly the same condition as we sent it. Kenwood say the gearbox was replaced but I'm not at all convinced the machine was even looked at. No service report was sent to me and 9n receiving the machine back it says packaged exactly as I sent it. It's now back with kenwood for repair and I have had to do more chasing to find out what's happening. I requested a new machine but apparently Kenwood only do that after the machine has been repaired the times. All in all a poor product and although polite a poor customer service. If you are thinking of purchasing a kenwood mixer please please reconsider. These machines are nothing like the quality of kenwood of old.

    Helpful in the end but you have to go through 10 options repeating yourself a couple of times, it wastes like 5 mins. Customer service representative was really helpful but sort out the options and have a front line that can direct to other departments of required

    My first experience ordering from @DeLonghiUK and this is what i have received. Ordered milk jug for my machine. Item comes with old dusty box and after unpacking it found out clean button missing! What a joke. Is this for real? Worst experience ever received from such a brand! EDIT: I have spent half hour on the phone waiting to be connected! Now I have to wait again for somebody coming to pick this item up and when this arrives to your warehouse then new item will be shipped out? This means for me other 2 weeks waiting for who? Paid extra delivery for nothing!!! There isn't excuse for a shipping ages old item with missing button. Customer support promised send me information about my return to my email. Haven't received anything. So I can only imagine what a mess must be your company.
