I would recommend you DO NOT touch this company with a baregepole! from sales to work to after sales. customer service appauling; work appauling £14k of work coming away from the walls after only 6 weeks; had them scheduled in to fix one wall today another one has blown and their action was to cancel todays workman!!!! this is a rental property and we have had to muck about another company who were booked in to do the refit and also we've had to delay tenants who have paid rent and deposits to move in next month because their shoddy work needs fixing. we are now in loss of income period and looking at legal litigation for compensation and their attitude on the phone is that we should be flexible and wait for them to decide when to book workmen in???!!!!??? it beggars belief
