Ordered a KMix metal bowl from here, as the first one ordered on a different site did not fit (Even though it said it would fit ALL KMix models.) I had not realised there are now 2 base fittings on the KMix, and if you have a recent one, then you need a 4 lug fitting, not the old 3. This site is very clear with its pictures of the parts and what it will fit. The order was dispatched within 24 hours of placing. It did not arrive for 10 days, but that was the fault of Royal Mail and their strike, not the dispatch. I am so pleased I found this site, and will certainly be using again if the need arises.

Bread dough back on track within 48 hours. I sent Alex and email regarding availability and delivery times just after lunch time on Monday. Before noon on Wednesday, less than 48 hours later, my mixer was making a fresh bread dough mix and the world had started to turn again. Bought a repair kit from these guys. Great to be able to source the right repair components for a smoking Kenwood Chef. The instructions were pretty poor - in black and white and they looked like a photocopy of a photocopy of a photocopy, which is unnecessary in this age of cheap colour printing. However, thanks to the repair kit, the machine's working again for £15.

Restored my grandma's Kenwood for me, that had peeling paint and gearbox grease leaking out of it. It now works and looks as good as new. And cost less than buying a new one which I'm sure will not last as long. I hope they are around in 50 years when it next needs an overhaul.
