    Today I witnessed a staff member make a rude remark to a customer today completely unprovoked and embarrassingly unprofessional. Then when the customer questioned this, another staff member began shouting at the customer and getting very aggressive and close to them, barely keeping any distance from the customer. Appalling behaviour from staff members.
