Great service. I’ve been to both the hygienist and dentist and they’re both fantastic. The receptionists were also really lovely!

EXTREMELY RUDE SERVICE. FIRST THE WOMAN ON RECEPTION WAS RUDE AND SAID THEY ARE NOT TAKING ANY NHS PATIENTS. THEN WHEN I SAID WE CAN PAY PRIVATE AND RIGHT AWAY SHE SAID IT WOULD BE POSSIBLE. SIMPLY DISGUSTING!

cannot applaud the dentist, nurse and reception enough. made me feel very comfortable and safe as i’m terrified of dentists. nurse genuinely interested in my life and asked lots of questions and felt very personable which is above and beyond. dealt with my bizarre requests to have copies of x-rays etc fantastically. dentist who took the tooth out whose name i can’t remember did with such care and attention i wanted to tip him after bad experiences elsewhere. i’ll go here just for a chinwag amazing place

I saw the Dentist named Daniel, he was slow and lazy barely spoke a word. I was very unsatisfied with my consultation. As no other surgeries are taking patients, I had to see him again as my issues were unresolved the first time round. Yet again, he mumbled its ok I don’t see any problems. Doesn’t like to explain anything clearly. Seems very incompetent. Both times he ran over 30 minutes late. I booked at 2.pm, thought appointment would be over by 2.30pm, he calls me in at 2.40pm. I am aware their lunch break ends at 2.pm so why the delay? Very inconsiderate as I also had to come in during my lunch break which ends at 2.30.

Had an appointment here and all went well, after finished been referred to see the hygienist and I’ve accepted, been seen on a Friday, by Sunday I had a massive abscess and had to get it drained privately, costed me £400. They told me the hygienist I’ve seen probably had tools that haven’t been sterilized properly and that probably infected my gum with bacteria, I will never be coming here again and advise everyone to avoid them at all costs. It costed me a lot of money and a course of antibiotics. AVOID! NOT CLEAN

Great staff. Receptionists on all occasions were friendly and helpful. Dental work was quick and painless and the dentist is informative and knowledgeable. Appointment and follow up appointment were made with no fuss and in quick succession and most importantly in 2022 they weree the ONLY dentist in what seemed like a 100 mile radius that accepted new NHS patients. Will recommend to friends and family.

Although the hygienist was incredibly informative and friendly, I was very surprised that stains on my teeth still remained after the work . Also the suction was inadequate and I was constantly and repeatedly asked to swallow down the plaque that was getting taken off the teeth which seemed pretty gross. Usually when I go to my regular dentists it is a normal procedure to use an airbrush, this is standard. I have been using a hygienist for the last 35 years and this is the standard tool. What surprised me was I was not informed of this when I booked and the price was more expensive than my regular hygienist with an airbrush.I suggested to the receptionist that as feedback she should let people know and she seemed disinterested and had little customer consideration in her manner. I would absolutely not recommend this dentist.

The receptionist has extremely appalling, disgusting customer service. She was extremely rude over the phone, my mothers appointment was at 2pm, the shutters were still shut and the practice was closed. We were waiting outside for 5 minutes in the storm, so as you can imagine we couldn’t wait too long as it was extremely windy. We then made ways home and called the dentist and find out out that it is now open. She said it is our fault, why didn’t we wait longer, she can’t guarantee an appointment if we come in 2 minute. She was very aggressive and screaming down the phone shifting the blame on us, when really it is her fault that the shutters were still down at 2pm, we should never have been offered an appointment for 2pm if the shutters were still going to be shut. When I asked to speak to the manager she became unbelievably defensive & verbally abusive. Me and my family are now leaving the dentist and registering elsewhere because of her disgusting behaviour.
