Craig Mattinson specifically was rude, underhanded and unprofessional. My experience of Kentdale Land Rover was poor to say the least. I put down a deposit on a car and a couple of days later, they sold it to someone else and Craig Mattinson sent me a rude email to say there was no need to contact him. I was a bit surprised as he’s been good up until then. It was unprofessional to sell the car I’d committed to buying and put down a £1,000 deposit. He said because he couldn’t get a hold of me despite only trying me on the second day and me taking an hour to call him back. Absolute sham of a dealership led by a cowboy who had clearly received a better offer from someone else and didn’t have the decency to commit to what we had agreed or even the guts to come clean. I’d recommend going to a different dealership.

Shocking customer service telephoned today to order a new defender the guy who answered the telephone on reception asked were I was from I said Carlise Cumbria he said why don’t you order one from Lloyd Land Rover in Carlisle I said I don’t want to I was put threw to Johnathan a sales guy who was no help asked for a price he said come in and speak to us I just wanted a price he had no telephone manor at all I had been recommended this garage by 3 of my friends who buy from you all the time no longer you have lost 3 good customers managed to order a new defender from taggarts in Glasgow excellent to deal with easy as that your loss will be telling everyone about this bad experience with your garage
