    This is what to expect in the way of customer service from this company!! I was referred by a car part store to this company to assist with a part I needed for a classic car. This was totally not the remit of the company yet 'Stacey' came down from her office despite being busy and assisted in trying to find something suitable within her storeroom that I maybe able to adapt to rectify my problem. Although the 'bit' was small 'Stacey' refused any payment for the 'Bit' or her time. She genuinely wanted to help !! As a result the 'bit' worked and I enjoyed a day out in the car with my daughter on her birthday. Stacey didn't need to help, but she did without hesitation. So for all the people out there that need the products produced by this company you know you will get excellent helpful customer service

    So after been let down by this company on the day of delivery, a years worth of planning for my event was in danger of being ruined due to these guys failing to delivery the mats I ordered. I managed to get in touch with this company 2 days after the event and all I got as an excuse was a typo on the delivery date. This is absolute nonsense because I rang up the week before to confirm and their story soon changed to their supplier had gone bust so couldn’t get hold of the said mats. I was dealing with Simon in Wakefield but I still hadn’t received my order or any compensation for his incompetence so I decided to contact the head office in Kent. I spoke to Stacey who works in sales and asked her for the details of the owners of the company so I could log an official complaint. She passed me on 2 email addresses to which I wrote to both and received nothing back. Again after been very disappointed by the lack of customer service I wrote another email which also got ignored, then I did some research and found out that Andrew Hatchman and Steven Turner who I got told were the owners actually work in accounts and sales respectively. I have been mislead and lied to continually for the last 3 months from these cowboys and I urge people to take note of this review and avoid doing business with this company. I never ever write reviews or complaints on things but I am appalled at the way I have been treated and I wouldn’t want anyone else to get caught out like I did. KEEP AWAY!
