This company is fantastic. Communication is excellent and Calum is a perfectionist who does everything beautifully. He is exceptionally knowledgeable, and knows what will work best and be most cost-effective without sacrificing quality. Calum and Dan were also most professional, friendly and helpful. Calum really went out of his way to make sure everything was done to a very high standard. In addition, Calum ensured everything was left perfectly clean and tidy, and even my neighbours didn't even notice any noise and commented on how considerate he and Dan were. We are so happy with the job Kent Wood Flooring have done for us. They completed the floor sanding of our living room, replacement of broken floorboards, gap filling, staining and sealing. Tom did a really great job and was so informative to us throughout the whole process and left the room extremely tidy. The final result looks so much better than the DIY job we had attempted ourselves, so i would highly recommend to anyone considering using Kent Wood Flooring. Communication with head office was also really great and Calum was always available to answer questions we had leading up to and after the process!
