This is the second vehicle that I have bought from Kent Vehicles, both have been superb, the buying experience is very relaxed and unlike the usual showroom experience, no pressure or stress, you have your own time slot, so plenty of time to discuss things and test drive the vehicle, with my latest purchase, I phoned Adam to find out what would be a good time to jump on a bus to collect my car, he told me not to be silly and delivered the car to my doorstep two hours later, nice touch. They appear to choose their Vehicles very carefully, full service history and very good condition, all in all a very good buying experience. Well done to all at Kent Vehicles, I'll be back when I feel like a change.

Brilliant! A new era of secondhand car salesmen. Adam was friendly, knowledgeable and the service overall was amazing. I've been looking around a while and was often discouraged by the way some people spoke to me as a 'woman', or wanted to speak to my husband instead (not his money not his car) I didnt feel that way at all with Adam - a little respect goes a long way. The car is just as described, Im elated! I would certainly recommend!

I don’t normally leave reviews but I would like to take the time to highly recommend Adam & his Team at Kent Vehicles. From the moment we contacted Adam about the purchase of a Jaguar that he had in stock, he was very professional & knowledgeable about the car. He was happy to work around myself & partner’s busy work hours to arrange a viewing & test drive of the car / pick up. He gave us a good trade in price for our MINI (coming very close to an competitive offer from one of the many online car-buying sites). Adam & his Team do seem to be very fussy about what cars they buy & offer comprehensive warranty packages for peace of mind. Our new Jaguar is lovely & so smooth to drive…so happy with it and is without doubt the best car we have ever bought!

Sometimes in life you read peoples reviews and think “well you’ve been given a back hander to write that”, this is my honest review of Kent Vehicles. We had the pleasure of buying our C43 car from Adam from Kent Vehicles. A decent, knowledgeable, welcoming, friendly and nice guy who couldn’t be more helpful if he tried. He wasn’t pushy, told us what we wanted to know and we honestly felt we wasn’t being hurried in any way. We felt nothing was too much trouble, everything was effortless. We have never experienced buying a car and it actually being an absolute pleasure. The test drive wasn’t just two minutes up the road. I think we were out about 40 minutes. I know other reviewers have already said it, but we want to reiterate it - you leave feeling like you have made friends, like you will go nowhere else. My parents are already thinking of using them to source their next car for them (yes they do that aswell - nice touch don’t you think?). Overall - seriously impressed. Happy with the part ex price on our E400, happy knowing it will go to a good home and not just anyone who wants a car to rag around in. This dealer seems to have something other dealers don’t. An understanding that your car isn’t just a bit of metal and plastic. They specialise in things just that bit unusual. That little bit special and in turn that’s what they are too. That little but special. Something else we thought was really nice - when we originally called to see if we could go and view the car (they are by appt only - which I think is brilliant) they were half way up a mountain on a charity event which they do once a year.
