I have used Kent Space previously, and more than happy to use them again, this time for my business storage. The staff are always friendly and happy to help, and I was shown several storage units, of different sizes before deciding. I sorted out my insurance the same day, and after providing proof of ID, the unit was ready to use the next day. First class service, and great secure storage with easy 24/7 access. Highly recommended.

AVIOD at all cost when you come to leave they RIP you off will never use again!!!l Got passed to Helen who basically called me liar saying I was told that the day I move in will be day my money goes up to despite my DD coming out on 24 each month I explained I was not told but she insisted I was basically saying I was lying 🤥 . Please be careful when using kent space as they don’t give you all correct information!!!! Left feeling disappointed and out of pocket

Having needed some space and a place for that could accept deliveries I came across Kent Space. I have found the whole process extremely convenient, simple and more importantly safe. Location is great with ample parking and 24 hour access. Friendly and Helpful staff as well, would recommend to anyone needing a solution

I visited Kent Space in Lordswood recently to set up a PO Box Address for my small Business... I was looked after by Hannah Dodman. When I arrived she was extremely busy dealing with 3 other Customers. Hannah immediately asked how she could assist me & then asked me to take a seat, apologising in advance for any delay I may incur whilst she dealt with her other Customers. She then delegated another Staff member to assist me until she took over. Hannah then explained everything I needed to know concisely and professionally. I don't normally write reviews but it was an absolute pleasure to have met Hannah Dodman and I left Kent Space feeling positive about setting up my Business Address with them.
