They shouldn't be Putting people with challenging behaviour who should be in 24 hour care who clearly can't look after themselves who are trouble makers who lie a lot and scream at everyone who don't take responsibly for their behaviour in supported living flats, why is it care managers move people like this but I can't get moved into a supported living flat with another company to get away from people like this, its bang out of order me getting told i have to move into a private flat if i want to move but you put people who can't look after themselves who are challenging and troublemakers into supported living flats with other companies though.

Poor management of patients lack of checking of care facilities and placement of people in inadequate places no follow up in community re ramps rails home changes to help people, poor safeguarding team who lie about people and disrupt families especially christine. No support for family members who do all care who are completely disrespected. When you question why it's so bad, they will always say out of office and never return calls unless they want to know something. Concerns identified re poor 121 care agency but many staff allowed to return .
