First holiday abroad in years and first holiday with our kids. We wanted to make it as hassle free and fun as possible so opted for a transfer to/from the airport. We chose Kent Prestige Cars based on some reviews and so glad we did. They were amazing! Totally recommended and will always use them in the future. We received a message the night before travel to confirm collection time. On the morning of travel we got a phone call and message in plenty of time to suggest an earlier pickup due to motorway traffic. We were collected by Trevor, who kindly loaded our bags and off we went. Travel was very comfortable and the kids took and instant liking to Trevor. We reached the airport in good time and were dropped at the Airport Main Entrance. Trevor even got us a Trolley and loaded our bags on it for us. Brilliant way to start our holiday. Our airline tried to scupper our return plans by providing us with a 5 hour travel delay! However, our driver for the Return leg from the airport to home was Paul. He kept in contact with us throughout the air delay (Text & WhatsApp). On arrival at our UK airport, we pinged him an update message, and found him there and waiting for us by the exit after Passport Control & Bags had been collected. Paul helped us back to the car and loaded our bags. Despite the very late hour he was in jovial spirits and once again the kids really liked him. He was brilliant with them (and us). The journey home was smooth and comfortable. Bit of holiday banter between everyone before sleep took over and we enjoyed another comfortable and pleasant journey. All in all I have to say the service was faultless and personable. I honestly don’t think we’d have found a better transfer service. Simply Excellent. Thank You Trevor and Paul for helping us start and end our holiday with a smile.

My wife originally booked an airport transfer to collect us from Gatwick, but after hearing that there would be rail strikes on the first day of our travels she also booked for a transfer from home to our hotel in London. Both times her enquiries were dealt with in a friendly, timely and professional manner. Paul, (professionally suited and booted) collected us from home in an immaculate black Audi A8, which was the epitome of comfort and luxury and drove us safely to our hotel in London. What made him stand out was his friendliness and we chatted the whole journey like old friends. It was a great start to our holiday! Ten days later we received a text from Trevor, introducing himself and confirming that he would collect us from Gatwick the following day. Our mind at rest, we embarked on our journey home only to be met by a minor delay. We kept open the line of communication as much as we could despite travel restrictions and Trevor graciously waited the other end for our arrival. Finally through passport control and the dreaded baggage collection, we were greeted by a smiling and friendly Trevor, who like Paul was smartly turned out in a suit. He escorted us to an equally luxurious grey Audi A8, kitted out, as before with chilled water should we want it. Another safe journey home made all the more pleasant after such a long day by Trevor and before we knew we were home safe and sound and totally relaxed. We certainly could get used to this level of luxury and would not hesitate to use this fantastic company again and to recommend Paul and his team to family and friends.

We’ve found our new exec car service! After years of using a London based executive car service we had to find a new one after the gentleman retired after years of service. We found Paul at Kent Prestige via Google and the service has been faultless from the get-go. Honest and reasonable quote - given quickly and confirmed over the phone. Paul was bang on time, the vehicle was a brand new Vito with leather interior and with complimentary bottled water. Couldn’t have asked for more and we will continue to use Paul going forward.
