We needed a piano moved between two properties urgently. At short notice and with a value quote these guys stepped up and were able to do a next day move. You meet these guys and you immediately sense genuine true spirits with kindness, politeness, generosity and a sense of fun with ease. At both ends there were people with difficult health and sadness but these chaps brought a sense of cheer simply with their demeanour. Professionally speaking they were beyond exceptional, measured and considerate. A difficult day under challenging circumstances and stormy weather was made all just fine with this experience. There was a finale to boot - Chris played a couple of pieces on the piano which brought tears of clarity and joy. Really decent folk - wish there was more of them around. We are truly obliged and forever grateful.

As seems to be the case with others , had an agreed date which I took off work , travelled 2 hours to meet them , waited all day with no response . 8 hours late and 15 calls later they tell me they aren't going to make it. Haven't been able to get hold of them since. Joke of a company and scam artists I would not touch them with a barge pole. (I'm not the famous Harry Kane ofc) please don't even try using this company.

Chris went out of his way to make sure that this treasured family piano was safely transported up to the first floor of our Victorian terrace. Can’t recommend these guys highly enough. Care was taken to protect both the piano and the walls and floor of the house. Reasonable price too!

Initial date for collection & delivery was cancelled by them. They suggested a new date & timeslot which we agreed to. My husband was in contact via email; everything had been confirmed and we (and the piano seller) made arrangements to be available that day. On the day, we tried to contact the movers to get an idea on timings. They were unresponsive and three days later we still haven't heard from them. Surprising lack of service considering the positive reviews and personal recommendation.
