I have just bought a new Honda hornet from here and it has been a fantastic experience from start to finish. Henry has been brilliant throughout helping me Choose the correct bike and accessories without any hard sell. Was given a demo bike for a long test ride without pressure to buy. My bike came much quicker than expected which Henry did a great job sourcing for me. I can’t rate this dealership enough. 10 stars if I could. And the new bike is amazing !

Just like to thank the team at Kent Motorcycles today for their help as I had oil leaking from the filler plug on my new Triumph 900 GT PRO the O-ring was not sealing correctly so extra O-ring did the trick now I can continue my way home to Herefordshire without worrying that oil could get on rear tyre. 😀👍

Popped in to see Henry the sales rep. About a test ride on a ADV 350. Even though I told him I would not be buying from there. I will be buying local as I'm down here on holiday, he still went out of his way to make a test ride possible as my local area do not have any to test ride. Super customer service from Henry thanks again for your help. I have ordered one from my local dealer in Cheshire.

Edit; new owners.. brought a 125 for my son off them last December, no problem there but don't expect to when I'm handing over £3500. Tried to book an MOT yesterday for my pan european and girl on the phone was rude as hell. Going down hill fast as far as I'm concerned. Edit; Only bike garage I have used for the last 10 years or so. Knowledgeable and trustworthy staff.
