Having been let down by a different company a week before the event I was due to attend I emailed Kent Mini bus hire on the off chance they could fit me in. They replied very quickly and booked me in asap! They rang me on the day 5-10mins before they were due to arrive with an ETA so I stood out the front and waved them in. On the return journey they sent me their live location on WhatsApp so I could see exactly where they were positioned and we didn’t have to wait around to find them. They even let me connect my phone via Bluetooth for the journey. A brilliant company who I will definitely use in the future for all future events. Thank you very much!!

Abu our driver was fabulous. He arrived on time, put some music on in the minibus for us and was waiting when we came out of the club in London, then took all us Ladies home! I cannot thank Kent Minibuses enough who stepped in when I couldn’t contact another company who I booked with originally and paid a deposit. They will now be my go to firm!

Booked a return to Luton airports from Dratford. Kent minibus was among the cheapest 3 companies but we decided to use them as tjey were am established company. The customer service was excellent from the beginning. No issues whatsoever and the 29 seater coach was less than 2 year old, luxurious, clean with comfortable seats. I will definitely recommend Kent Minibuses if you are looking for a reliable and reputable company.

Do not use this company.....EVER!!!! We had a booking for Sunday 1st May taking 10 ladies from Gravesend to the O2 and back again. 15 minutes after we were due to be picked up I called the company only to be told they don't have a driver! Shocking company, how can you take money for a confirmed booking and then say you don't have a driver!!! Never in my life have I experienced such shocking behaviour from a company!!! I will never use them again!

Booked a minibus for 8 people on Weds 15th Sept for Sunday 19th Sept @1pm from Rainham, Kent to Beckenham Place Park. All was confirmed over the phone and a deposit was paid. Fast forward to Sunday, we're all waiting at the pick up point. It gets to 1.10pm and we get a bit concerned. I called Kent Minibuses only to be told our minibus would NOT be coming as there was a shortage of drivers. They told me they contacted me on the Friday prior to let me know this was the case. THIS IS A LIE. They also told me they refunded my deposit. ALSO A LIE. Should have been more savvy and realised they've clearly written all their reviews themselves. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
