I Hired a Rotavator for the weekend and found the service to be very good, I had my own truck so collected it myself as I live in Deal (miles away), I used there online booking system that was easy to navigate, Matt help me get the Machine into the back of my truck and also when i returned it. More than happy with the service and would use them again.

I ordered a ride on lawnmower for a three day period. On the morning it was due to be delivered I received an email saying it had a fault and they were attempting to repair it. At 11am having heard nothing I phoned and spoke to Matt Barber who explained they needed a replacement drive belt. He assured me he would keep me informed. At 2pm I emailed saying if they were going to deliver the next day I was at a funeral but my wife was home. I heard nothing and at 7pm I sent a message to his mobile number. I could see it had been read but received no reply. Since then I have had no apology or explanation. I can tolerate a machine breaking down but not being ignored. Customer service is key in any business and is almost non existent in this one. I have asked for a refund, let’s see how long that takes. As previously said, avoid at all costs

Amazing company has everything you need for any reason. Needed to move a near 40 stone hot tub and a pallet truck was just what the job required firstly for helping to lift it onto its side to the moving it into and out of a lorry. Also friendly efficient staff who are good to chat with will definitely use again when things are needed
