Even thoughI did not get my wood burning stove from here I have used this place quite a bit during the winter period for all of my wood burning needs and I have found the team there very friendly and allways very helpfull. The range of products that they have on sale is first class. One thing I have found out about the team who run the shop is that they are very knowledgable about every thing to do with wood burning stoves,fire places and even wood burning cookers( I wish I could afford one of them). One of the team found out that I am a force veteran and he allways takes time to have a good old chat about our day,s in the Army. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK FOLKS.

I used Kent Heating Solutions for a double sided wood burner installation. Sam did very well to source the right wood burner to fit in the existing fireplace and had very tight dimensions to try and find a match for. KHS worked around my building project, installing the flue and later the wood burner and were very accommodating and fit around my ever shifting schedule! Lucy always kept in touch regarding the project and kept me informed, which was very reassuring. The result is exactly what I wanted and I'm very pleased. Thank you.

Excellent experience from beginning to end. Many thanks to Sam and Lucy. I particularly want to thank Gary (with the help of Ollie) who worked so hard removing a dividing wall, lining the chimneys and fitting my new double sided stove. Efficient clean up afterwards. The stove and surround look great and it is a lovely addition to my cottage. I highly recommend this very professional team who are also keen to continue with after sale service/support.

Would recommend KHS to anyone wanting a wood burner. Choosing a stove is only a small part of the process. The real work is creating the hearth, surround and making sure the flue works efficiently. The installers were quick and skilled at doing this, especially the tiling behind the the stove which looks beautiful. After the installation, we realised the stove design wasn’t suitable if you have a toddler around. KHS swapped it with no fuss for one with a more secure door. Five-star service!

KHS have been more than helpful both before, during and after installing our woodburner. They were professional and knowledgeable, helping to advise the type of stove to choose to suit our room. The installation was efficient, and they were also able to install a concrete wood effect beam above another existing burner to make it safely usable. They even returned sometime after the installation at our request to demonstrate how to dismantle parts for sweeping. We now have a lovely warm room!
