Don’t trust this gun dealer, I asked him to sell 3 of my guns back on the 20th October 22… I contacted him on the 9th February 23 only to find out that he had sold all 3 but wouldn’t say when, said he has to cross reference the transactions.. and would call me back that day..after several failed promises to phone me and pay me I contacted my firearms officer to find out when they were re-registered only to find out that he’d sold all 3 by 28th October 22.. I also found out it’s not the first time he has done that.. Please do yourself a favour and spend your money elsewhere, there’s plenty of other gun dealers in Kent….

Travelled to Kent Gunsmiths yesterday to look at an air pistol that they had advertised on Gun Trader. Found the shop easily and they have ample parking which is a bonus. Was met by a very friendly dog and the store owner. Was a very nice little shop and the owner was friendly and knowledgeable and his items were fairly priced. I bought the pistol and some bb's as I was happy with it, especially for the price and he was kind enough to throw in some co2 bulbs in with it to get me going. All in all a brilliant service and shop, will keep them in mind for any future purchases.

Terrible service, I gave them an air rifle to have a very simple job performed on it 2 years ago in March and they still haven't done it. I had to ring them up constantly and they kept telling me they had a backlog of work, meaning that whenever another job came in, that would take priority over mine for whatever reason. I also paid them to fix an air pistol and when I found that there was an issue with it that wasn't there previously as they had lost a component when "fixing" it, they charged me for the part that they lost. The service they provide is laughable and I would absolutely not recommend.

STAY AWAY IF YOU VALUE GOOD(ANY) SERVICE AND COMMUNICATION! Not even worth this 1 star. Zero customer service. Promised callbacks just to get rid of you and never call back, no communication via emails. They treat you like you are bothering them. I ordered an item from the website (which at the time listed it as in stock), it was stuck in processing, and I hadn't had any email to inform me of it being dispatched, so I had to chase it up just to find out if they had it or not and if it was being sent out. That took all week chasing it up everyday just to find out that it wasn't in stock (they even told me over the phone it was in stock and would be sent out immediately, they also said every time they would call back with the info but never did). They then put through my refund even without speaking to me about it.
