I cannot thank this company enough, for their care and kindness, in looking after an ailing boiler we inherited, and then fitting a new one .They were very professional, quoted a very reasonable price, and did not charge us any extras. Fitted it in one day, and left the house in an immaculate condition when they had finished Their last comment was that if we had any problems to not hesitate in contacting them. Had a service on my boiler, I came home from work to find the front of the boiler hanging off. When I called to ask what had happened I was told the clips that hold the boiler together some times break! They then charged me to fix what they had broken.

We had our boiler break down. Contacted Kent Gas, Matt came and looked at the same day he said itneeded a new part. Returned the next day and fixed the boiler. Very impressed with the speed of attendance and the repair. Brilliant service, Polite helpful and very professional. Totally recomend this company.

Our 17 year old boiler failed in freezing weather conditions/snow. With 3 young children in the house and temperatures plummeting panic set in. After being let down by a big energy company in the past we decided to try Kent Gas LTD. They arrived at the house in under 30 mins and quickly diagnosed the problem. They made every effort to get the boiler running but a key part had failed. We were given a repair option but due to the age of the boiler decided to get a replacement instead which was fitted the next day. Polite, professional, prompt, reasonably priced and did an excellent job. When we needed them, they were there. Highly recommended.
