I came up with the idea of a chest of drawers which would also work as a small staircase to get into the games room, which has a door at chest height. Found Paul online and he worked with me to turn my badly drawn sketch into a proper design and then carefully planned it to fit the curved sloping bumpy wall it would be against. He gave me various options on wood and build talking me through options and price. He had to spend a whole day with a prototype to ensure the piece would fit the various contours of the wall. The final piece was delivered and assembled today and it is absolutely stunning. So beautifully made. Paul was a pleasure to work with and we are already discussing new projects. We have a funny shaped dining room and wanted a table that took advantage of the space. Standard tables are offered in longer sizes but strangely aren't offered in many widths. So we reached out to Paul for a bespoke solution. He listened to our requirements and gave thoughtful advice. He particularly paid attention to the environment where the table would live and how we would use it. His suggestion of a Cherry top, for example, was inspired. Paul made us a fantastic piece of furniture. We needed something in light oak to house our TV and linked paraphernalia, while concealing all the spaghetti of wiring that was at the back of the units.
