An excellent service from Ian yesterday for both of our 2&3 seater sofas, puffey and Single mattress. Ian arrived on time, communicated even after-hours pre visit, and everything done on the day was executed so thoroughly to ensure we have the best results. All of the stains I didn't think would be able to come out were removed and we are very happy with the service provided. Just read Ian's reviews, he is professional, diligent and does exactly what he promises. Ian has cleaned the carpets throughout, they were showing sign of tiredness with some areas of significant staining. The finished job has removed all stains and left the carpet pile reinvigorated. Nothing is too much trouble, Ian is a real gent and just a pleasure to deal with - 5 stars or 100% satisfaction by either measure I don't believe you would find better.
