Received expired products. They expired in June, I ordered at the end of September, 3 months later! Unable to replace as now out of stock. Returned expired products to them and it took a further 21days to issue a refund! Despite many follow up emails chasing a refund which quite frankly should've been issued immediately upon the receipt of my photographic evidence showing their out of date products. Appalling customer service and QC.

You sent me 4 boxes of impressions material worth £400+ that expired within the next 2 months When I realised this I was told you would look into it. Weeks later you said it’s too late to send it back because I had not checked the expiry date when I got the stock delivered. It’s a total of 8 big ampules that I can’t use now. Even if I had sent them back in January you obviously would not have been able to sell them to anyone with such short expiry date and to me it looks like you were trying to get rid of old stock and charging for it. I’ve been a regular customer of yours so I’m disappointed
