We came here for the B2B Event-Antique & Collectors Fair. Over 300 stalls with food trucks and outdoor seating. Admission £5 per person, ample free parking. I'm bought a few things, it's worth a visit.

Last night we went to the kent events centre to see the Rock Orchestra, whilst the performance was good the stewarding was almost criminally incompetent. I was minded of the abject failures at the Brixton academy and the potential for a disaster. We entered the front door where our tickets were checked then entered the building where there were no visible stewards at all! The performance was delayed for thirty minutes as a large number of VIP ticket holders were unable to take their seats as they were already occupied. For around 15 minutes one lonely male steward wandered around the tightly packed chairs trying to establish those in the wrong seats, although there was little to define the seating apart from slightly different chairs, hard to see in the poorly lit auditorium. Eventually a couple of stewards started to bring a few extra chairs, partially obstructing walkways to satisfy the VIP's. Finally after thirty minutes a few heath Robinson 'solutions' were implemented to resolve the issues, if there had been a need for evacuation the process would have been compromised, which is ludicrous as there were large areas at the back not populated by chairs, thus an enlightened safety conscious management wouldn't have so tightly packed the chairs, plus they would have ensured appropriate deployment of staff to ensure customers were directed to the correct areas, with the amount of alcohol imbibed there was potential for a disaster, avoided through luck not judgement!

Great rock orchestra, but venue was a shambles. Parking was screwed up, lots of people didn’t get their paid-for seats, so concert started an hour late. Staff had no idea what they were doing…any emergency would have been disastrous! Signposting to toilets an A4 piece of paper taped to the doors.
