Jamie spent time explaining the new locks to my mum and ensured she was happy and confident with this before leaving. The website is wonderful and gives you a great insight into what your door will look like, and there is a wide variety of styles and options to choose from. We received fantastic service throughout. From the enquiries and ordering where emails were answered promptly to the door step appointment where we got to see the materials and colours available. What we especially liked was the fact that this is a family run business and you know who is going to be fitting the door rather than a sub contractor. The fitting was done with great care in some horrendous weather. We are extremely happy with our purchase.
