With a passion for music, we decided pre covid that it would be a great idea to get our teenage daughter a DJ lesson. Kent DJ Academy came up on Google and despite the initial lesson being cancelled due the pandemic, she has now been working with Jon for a few years and I have to say, we couldn't wish for a better teacher. He is passionate about his trade and also super knowledgeable. He has been able to inspire and engage her and offers so much support, encouragement and insight. She is now performing publicly and loving every minute. Absolutely no hesitation in recommending Kent DJ Academy to anyone!

Jon and Lee delivered a fun, engaging and creative DJ workshop to a group of 11 young people for us earlier this month. They were able to keep them all engaged and well informed about they needed to do which resulted in them having their own playlist of tracks that they were all involved in mixing. The young people were delighted to get a copy of their music and loved the opportunity to have a go on the drums! We will definitely be going back. If you have a young person or group interested in music and learning about the world of being a DJ I would highly recommend the Kent DJ Academy!

Started learning with Jon a couple of years ago now, Straight off I learnt so much and was confident within the first few one to one sessions. Jon is a very patient guy and helps with any problem that comes up. He helps me with getting gigs often today also which is GREATLY appreciated.
