Due to all this bad weather we have all had my wife hit a pot hole. Quite a bit of damage done. Told to put a claim in which we did. reported the hole to them. We finally received an email today refusing to uphold the claim. Disgusting service from a council.

Kcc need to be publicly investigated by the courts as they do not follow government guidelines. Management are unlawfully withdrawing SEN students from school placements to 'save' money and stopping parents using their right to appeal which is direct discrimination. This council is corrupt. Report all your cases to the Ombudsman or take them straight to court

A very badly run public funded institution. The so called Management & Directors, have NO Empathy at all. There's no people skills, biased strategy in their planning, no cognitive reasoning or understanding. Nothing but excuses & passing the blame, rather than accepting rightful responsibility to learn & develop. Surely, when councils went bankrupt around the covid pandemic time, Maidstone KCC should have been left, not bailed out. No jobs would have been more appropriate !. Get Your Act Together - Quickly.

Travelled through to Eurotunnel 23.7.22 when the issues arose at Dover and Eurotunnel. Couldn't help but notice the empty motorway every time we came to it or crossed it on the A20 on a 5 hour journey that should have been 30 minutes. Why was the motorway closed to passenger traffic yet empty for such a distance? Total mismanagement of traffic, lorries were flying through and people on passenger crossings having to relieve themselves at the roadside. Shame on you, total disgrace. Don't even try to point the finger elsewhere.
