Fantastic experience from start to finish. I changed my mind on what I needed and the team were more than happy to help until we had something that was perfect. On the installation - Super happy with the system and the boys did a great job - very progressional, clean with their work, tidied up any mess and did a super job with the tidy trunking and installation of each inside unit. A credit to KCS and overall couldn’t have been smoother. The system is also fantastic - quick effective heat and rapid cooling (can’t wait for summer!) and with an energy efficient heat pump (no VAT - bonus!). Thanks KCS! Turns up when they say they will, and takes time to take you through controls, etc. Polite and well-trained staff - confident that they will say if there is a better place to fit the aircon unit, rather than install just anywhere.
