Car advertised on web site as being ready for sale. Rang the sales department on Tuesday to make sure car was available for test drive on Wednesday. After a 35mins drive to get to the showroom, was told car was being prepared for the (showroom)and wasn't even on site. Complete waste of my time and fuel. I won't even bother with this car sales no more.

Absolutely fantastic customer service, everyone on the team is really knowledgeable, there was no pressure to buy like in some other garages, absolutely cannot fault this place. Got my car from here and they explained everything and made it clearer as I know absolutely nothing about cars. Found the car I liked on Auto trader and went to Kent Car Centre to view it. Dan the sales adviser was very helpful and just past me the keys to view it at my leisure. Went for a test drive on my own, returned and bought the car! What I really liked about their process was their lack of interference, no smarmy sales pitch, in fact no “selling” at all. Refreshing! Car was serviced and MOT’d before collection, all very professional and efficient. I’d highly recommend Kent Car Centre.

Recently visited the team here and purchased a used car. Got to say I am impressed with the customer service. Good team front of house, who are quick to respond, seem genuine and helpful. Team in the workshop similarly helpful. (Only critique is that they're not closer to where I live! But worth the journey) You won't go wrong if you ask for Ash or Dan. Thank you.

I visited today, absolutely zero customer service. Nobody came out to see us, we went In got a frosty reception. I understand the ad but to force you into paying for a 3 month warranty with absolutely no choice I believe is not good sales what so ever. They seemed not interested at all in the sale.
