As a landlord renting out is one of the single most stressful activity you could ever undertake, and so Kensington Property Management Ltd gave me that much needed breathing space, allowed me to focus on other areas of my real estate journey, whilst also leaving my prized assets in the hands of very capable, competent and caring individuals. Seamless service from start to finish. As a landlord and real estate investor, Kensington Property Management has supported us a great deal in managing a number of our properties. They're a start-up business so bear that in mind, but even as a small, local firm my experience with them has been leaps and bounds beyond any service received by any of the more established agencies... and that's saying alot because I've had the displeasure of dealing with alot of the bad agencies too. If you're looking for a personal and friendly touch from someone that understands the market and their responsibilities, and more importantly, are based locally, then why not support a local upcoming market leader. Excellent service, friendly staff, competent and efficient!
