  I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good and the location is great. There is a Tesco express and Sainsbury local nearby. I also enjoyed the restaurants that were nearby. A very good Lebanese as well as an Italian deli and a nice bakery are within walking distance. It is also just a short walk to the over Overground platform down the street, and only 1 stop to be on the Underground. Very convenient.

Points for improvement were lack of maintenance, sink did not drain, no toilet brush available, safe did not work, and air conditioning did not work either (do not book this in the summer!), hand shower sprayed in all directions, USB connection was broken. Employees friendly but distant. Location is easily accessible by metro and bus, but a bit remote. (Original) Fijn hotel , nette kamers mooi gerenoveerd , goed ontbijt voor engelse begrippen, alleen geen vers brood enkel toast en onsmakelijke croissants. Verbeterpunten waren gebrek aan onderhoudt , wasbak liep niet door, geen wc borstel aanwezig, kluis werkte niet, en airco ook niet ( boek dit niet in de zomer!), handdouche spoot alle kanten op, usb aansluiting was kapot.Medewerkers vriendelijk maar afstandelijk. Locatie is goed bereikbaar per metro en bus , wel wat afgelegen.

  Decent price and in a nice area. Room was clean and a couple of bottles of water were included - a pleasing touch. Room itself was not massive but had a good quiet night's sleep. Breakfast buffet was decent for the price with some hot items, cold meat, cheese, pastries and yogurts along with juices, coffee and cereal etc. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

  We stayed here for 9 days and had a lovely time. The two rooms we'd booked were across of each other and both had windows. The rooms were perfectly sized for the price, although I should mention that we were able to peak into other rooms here and there on our way to breakfast and they all seemed to be smaller than ours. That could explain why some reviews are happy about the room sizes and others aren't. A few rooms potentially don't have a window, maybe check that when you book a room here. The hotel is in a great location from which you can reach pretty much any place within London easily. The overground is just outside the door, there are several bus stops nearby and on some days the District Line operates the Kensington Olympia Underground Station as well. The rooms were cleaned every day, there's a kettle in every room and a nice selection of teas. We also had a fridge in our room. Their breakfast offers a nice selection. Overall I can recommend staying at this hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful as well. My only criticism is that the place felt understaffed. At least during the week we were there, the same two women had to prepare breakfast while simultaneously they had to clean the rooms. Sometimes they couldn't keep up to refill breakfast items because they had so many things to do. They both did a wonderful job though and were very friendly, but I'm worried the hotel is overworking them a bit. Maybe give them a raise for their great work and/or hire an additional person to help out. :)

(Original) 조식이 맛있어요!!!!! 잉글리시 블랙퍼스트로 해쉬브라운 소시지 스크럼블에그 빵 등등 엄청 나오는데 무료인점 너무 좋습니다. 허나 지하철이 뭐 한국으로 따지면 경의 중앙선 입니다. 20분 마다옴 ㅋㅋㅋㅋ̆̈ 대신 버스타면 되고 다리 튼튼하면 15분정도 걸어가 얼스코트에서 타면 됩니다. 교통이 버스를 타는게 더편합니다. 약간 애매한 교통편이지만 크게 불편하진 않고 나름 저렴한 가격에 조용한 동네라 너무 만족스러운 숙소였습니다. 4일간의 런던여행 즐거웠어요!

  I stayed at the Kensington Prime Hotel for 3 nights. Our flight was overnight from the US so we arrived very early (around 6:30 AM). They weren't able to check us in at that time (understandably) but they did allow us to partake in the breakfast spread they have each morning, which was nice. The hotel was very clean, including the public areas and our room. As other reviews have said, the rooms are small. We were in a Standard Double Room and the bed was tight for two adults. The complimentary breakfast takes place in a lovely sunroom in the hotel's backyard. The food is your standard euro spread and the ladies that work the area are very sweet. Overall, we had a nice stay here and would recommend it if you are looking for something affordable and clean. All of the staff were very nice too!
