Amazing!!! They're not just dog trainers but dog whisperers. They understand them, they know what your dog is thinking, what they're feeling, what they want and what they need. So by the end, you haven't just trained your dog, but you've built a relationship with them which changes everything. And the dog adores them too! The team is made up of experienced professionals who take great care of my dogs. Drew, in particular, is awesome! He's helped my anxious dog overcome his fears. It's been a lifesaver! Kensington Hounds are the best in class for training and walking. In just a few 1hr sessions Drew was able to address a number of behaviour issues and unlock the kind & friendly nature of my previously very hyper cocker spaniel. They really understand the science and biology behind dogs and their behaviour - and break it down for owners to be able to play an active role in helping their dogs become the best versions of themselves. Highly recommend!

Georgie, Drew, and the rest of the Kensington Hounds team have been lifesavers. My dog has gone from being overstimulated, nervous and distracted to calm and happy in only a matter of months, and our relationship has grown exponentially stronger because I now understand him thanks to Georgie and Drew's never-ending knowledge. Georgie has been there to answer my endless questions and has never made me feel bad for not having all the answers. As Clifford couldn't join group walks straight away because of a combination of factors, it would have been easy for Georgie and Drew to turn us away. Instead, Georgie went out of her way to find time in her extremely busy day to train and walk Clifford. For that, I am incredibly grateful because, without that extra 1:1 time, I don't think Clifford would have been able to join group walks as quickly as he has. Moreover, when I met Georgie, I had just begun a new job which meant I would be away from Clifford for more extended periods than he and I were used to. Without Georgie's support and reassurance, I don't know If I would have coped with the change. Georgie's support does not end at training but also has been active in helping me improve Clifford's nutrition and allergies. Her dedication to enhancing Clifford's life is incomparable to any other training service I have utilised. Moreover, Kensington Hound's dedicated store and same-day delivery have saved me many times when I have forgotten to buy more food for Clifford. The items always come in perfect condition, and I know I can trust that all the food and treats have only the best ingredients. I trust Georgie and her team unquestionably and do not worry when they come to pick Clifford up every morning because I know his safety and happiness will be paramount. Ultimately the team at Kensington Hounds will love and care for your dog as if it is their own while also implementing their extensive knowledge to make you a better owner and your dog a better dog. My only regret is not having met the team sooner.
