It was entirely fortuitous: since then we have benefitted from thorough and professional care within a personalised service with which the larger opticians simply cannot compete. With prices rising and circumstances becoming more difficult for everyone, I don’t want to be seen as merely a customer with a financial price attached. I want honest advice and experienced personnel to help me to get the best deal for my money.
