I am now on day 19 after having an FUE procedure with this clinic. Dr Shipu Zaman's is the cupid between Science and Art. I literally cannot believe the transformation. What an incredible surgeon with a great bedside manner, and plenty of personality to boot. A true healthcare professional. Equally to be praised however are the unsung hero's of this clinic and I have had the pleasure of meeting probably all of them on my journey - the technicians, senior nurse, front of house staff, after care staff. All working as a well oiled machine to help their patients. What swung choosing this clinic for me was the family feel the moment you enter the clinic, during the consult and the procedure. The welcoming nature of each member of the team from day 1. Dr Zaman, Trevor, and Sylvia took time to explain everything to me. Perfectly balancing confidence without being arrogant. Explaining the importance of pre-op procedures (avoiding spicy foods, alcohol, caffeine) to maximise healing after and to avoid excessive bleed during the procedure. All clinic's should be like this. It's what I try and practice everyday as a Pharmacist it was humbling to see it in practice. Putting the patient at the centre and making sure they feel in control and comfortable at each stage, allaying any concerns as they arise. Each and every member of this clinic from the technicians, surgeon and front of house staff are absolutely dedicated to this. The other thing that set's this clinic out from rest is the after care. My taxi was 2 hours late picking me up but the clinic manager (Christiana) refused to release me as she wanted to make sure I got home safely. Above and beyond the call of duty. It didnt end there Trish held my hand on the dreaded 14 day period after the operation. The reassurance she gave me on whatsapp messages was priceless. Assuring me that the pictures I sent were in line with what she expected, giving advice at the drop of a hat if I had concerns. Having followed all instructions to the letter, I barely felt any pain (injections are the worst part - after that there is no pain at all). I hardly had any crusting, redness resolved mostly by today (day 19) and I had no swelling at all (icing religiously for 3 days after is important to avoid this). The service has just been incredible from start to finish, and cannot recommend this clinic enough. I will try and update in the months to come. I am not looking forward to the shedding phase as I felt immediate mental relief from day 1 after the operation when I saw my old hairline restored. It's incredible to feel the sensation of hair on my head I've not felt in years. I don't need to explain the mental anxiety men reading this face with this issue. I look forward to beyond in 4 months when the hair should start to reappear in it's infancy and the full results next year! Don't delay. Phone this clinic today. You won't regret it.

I called to ask about a hair transplant as I am thinning on my corners. I spoke to a lovely lady Trish who advised me because of my age (24) it would be best to hold off from surgery and to try medication such as Menoxidil for a couple of years she warned me to be careful as people can talk you into unnecessary treatment (you can go bald past the transplant if done early) I really appreciated her honesty she also sent me information about the medications to try.

I did a FUT surgery with Kensington Hair Clinic back in May 2019. 1887 grafts were transplanted and it cost £5.6k. The consultants (Sylvia & Trish) were very helpful & dealt with all queries pre & post-surgery. However, the result of the surgery was a total disaster. A negligible amount of the grafts resulted in new hairs. The surgery was done in front and mid scalp area. Only, a tiny portion of top frontal area saw some progress but that wasn't evenly distributed either. I complained and was eventually offered a top up surgery which I declined. To this day, the operating area of the scalp and the donor area are still very scratchy. And the operating area gets really irritated when in contact with sea water. Thanks to the abysmal outcome of the surgery, a major donor area has been wasted. I am now having to look for a different clinic for an additional surgery to fix the screw up they have done.

I got in touch with the clinic, I was speaking with Trish who was absolutely superb, I am rather young to be enquiring however was considering a transplant, Trish did what was right for me and not for the clinic in terms of just 'taking my money' and pointed me in the right direction for external treatment and although our conversation was brief, she was extremely kind and clearly compassionate, massive thank you!

The procedure itself was very professionally done, and the Doctor kept me well informed at all times. The after care is amazing: Trevor and Sylvia will make sure you have a swift recovery. Have spoken to loads of clinics which told me they could do the job, however after speaking to Trevor, he gave me genuine advice and told me to wait a year and even sent me links to medication that would help my situation. If you are thinking of going with them, GO for it! Many other clinics would have taken me in even though I was not a good fit. Kensington hair clinic really do put the customer first!

I very recently had a FUE procedure at Kensington hair clinic and right from consultation to aftercare their service has been impeccable. This was a big decision for me, one that took 18 months to make. I had consultations at other clinics but they just didn’t feel like the right fit for me. I had an phone consultation with Trevor and he immediately made me feel like I was in control and they were simply there to assist me in my journey. I booked in for an initial face to face consultation with Trevor at the clinic and I actually met with Dr Kamal (total legend) who went through the whole procedure with me. As I’ve sat on the idea for over a year I kind of knew what there was to know regarding the procedure. What I was sceptical about was the before and aftercare. Which other clinics I wasn’t too confident with and I felt fell short in these areas. Which leads me on to say that KHC have the absolutely best before and after care in the industry. After my procedure I was expecting to swell up after watching many YouTube videos. But amazingly I had no swelling at all. Literally 0. Incredible. It was all down to how they prepped me the week prior. For example reduce all exercise, eat clean foods, drink lots of water. Just get your body into a calm place. I stuck to every word and honestly I am so thankful I did. I am 4 days after the procedure and I still have no swelling and I feel back to normal. From the second I walked in the building till when I left I felt centre of attention the whole procedure day. The team they had working there made sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. They were fantastic and extremely professional, but also allowed me to have a laugh with them which helped keep me calm and relaxed. As I find humour releases pressure and this is really important to me. Which I think they caught on to when I arrived. I was appointed Sylvia as my care manager after my procedure and she is lovely. Extremely knowledgeable and available on WhatsApp for daily updates and regular checks. I have been given a recovery plan telling me exactly what to do every day for 2 weeks. Which links back to the 5* customer service. I wish I found KHC sooner as it would have saved a lot of time (and my hair). In my honest opinion they are the best in the game and I cannot recommend them enough. If you are considering having any FUE treatment just book a consultation with them and see for yourself.
