Truly gorgeous flower shop! And the ladies there are very knowledgeable, kind and friendly. What a gem of a find! “Going the extra mile” just because…we bought a plant to be delivered and crossed over to a cafe nearby to write the card. 20mins later the lady ran across to find us, asking for the card as the delivery man had arrived and was ready to take the plant, otherwise would have waited until following day. Just…lovely in every way!

An interestingly varied and informal bouquet, which was what I wanted, delivered on the day requested. And everything was in lovely, fresh condition too. I just can't help feeling the overall effect was a little on the sparse side for the money. Perhaps I'm out of touch with London prices but is this really all you get for £75 (plus £9.50 delivery charge)?

I came in yesterday to buy a bunch of flowers for my friend. There were three members of staff in the store, all of whom ignored me when I came in. Nobody smiled, nobody greeted me. One of the florists came to help me after little while, and put together a bouquet for me. There was no attempt, however, to tell me about the different flowers, the options, the prices. All in all, I found the customer service to be cold and unfriendly. The flowers were lovely, but you can find the same flowers elsewhere with much better service.
